Date on the product can be EITHER the manufactured date 'MFD' or 'EXP' the expiration date .

If you see the Korean word "제조," then it is the manufactured date.

If you see the Korean word "까지," then it is the expiration date.

Expiration date: Check the number next to EXP or "까지 " on the outside of the product. The date format is YYYY/MM/DD.It means that the product can be distributed until this date.

Best before date: A symbol of an open cream jar is usually used instead of words and the time in months can be inside the symbol or alongside it. For example, if it shows symbol of open cream jar with '12M,' the product can be used within 12 months period after opening the lid first time.

Usually some of the brands have only manufacture date 'MFD' or & '제조'

Then you can calculate the expiration date based on the manufacture date.

• Toner, moisturizer, essence, cream : 30 months from the manufacture date before opening
• Makeup primer, foundation : 30 months from the manufacture date before opening
• Powder, pact : 3 years from the manufacture date before opening
• Blusher, eyeshadow, concealer, eyeliner, lipstick, lipgloss, mascara: 3 years from the manufacture date before opening
• Sunblock, cleanser : 30 months from the manufacture date before opening.

They are usual expiration dates.If you see the directions included in the product like ‘Use within 24 months from the date of manufacture, and within 12 months from opening;, 'then you can calculate the exact expiration date. And you can also see the image of the product container or box in product.

If you click 'Description' on the product detail page, you can check all the ingredients of the product. It is difficult to provide you with accurate amount of contents (%), but full ingredients will be shown in the descending order of contents.

For exact figure on MFD or EXP, please check product instruction on product packaging or inside labels. Generally, products has long shelf life before opening however, once its opened the product has a high chance of being altered by the penetration of foreign particles and bacteria.

You must report it to the customer center +977 1-5555385 within 2 days after receiving the item. It will be helpful if you provide the product name and quantity, and attach a photo when you contact the customer center.

First, check if the box was damaged, opened before you received, take the photo of any sign of open. If some of the items are still missing after re-checking, contact the customer center within 2 days from you receive the package. Tell the customer center what items you think are missing and the missing quantity with the photo +977 1-5555385

Check if the name and address of the recipient are correct, and if the item is the same as in the order sheet.

If the item you received is not the item you ordered, take a picture of the contents of the box and the invoice, and attach the photo when you contact the customer center.:-+977 1-5555385

The product you ordered will be released within 1~2 days from payment. If the product is released, you can check the order on My Account > Orders. Click View then under your Order Updates date and status will be shipped.

The shipping charge may vary depending on the method of the delivery, city and total weight of the product you ordered.

Delivery time may greatly vary depending on the method of the delivery, destinations, and courier service. Before payment, you can check the average delivery time by delivery method on the shipping option.

The product you ordered will be released within 1~2 days from payment. If the product is released, you can check the order number on My Account > Order. see the status of your product delivery.

Currently we do supply only in Nepal.

Misumi cosmetics online Shopping Mall and each stores are operated separately. As each store has its own exchange and return policy, please contact the store where you purchased the item.

Purchased items can be exchanged/returned for any other product of the same value (available on our website) within a period of 3 days from the date of delivery. However, the following conditions must be met:
 *A copy of the delivery slip must be produced.

 *The item must be in it's original condition (packaging/labels)

  *After Delivery, Delivery charge shall apply again during refund if one of the following criteria is met:

1. Product is as described in the reference picture and the customer returns the products due to reasons not related to the product itself or the service.
